NOT YOUR TYPICAL TRUCKING JOB

We’re a family-run livestock hauling company based in Washington, Iowa, hauling livestock since 1979. This is a hands-on role for drivers who want local work, strong pay, and pride in real farm work.

Family-Run Livestock Hauling Since 1977

Our family started hauling livestock in 1977, and livestock has been at the core of our operation ever since.

What began as a small farm-based operation has grown into a dedicated livestock hauling business built on hard work, accountability, and doing the job right.

We believe livestock hauling is more than driving a truck — it’s caring for animals, respecting the work, and showing up every day ready to work. That mindset is why we hold high standards and look for drivers who want a place they can take pride in and stay long-term.

DRIVE WITH

Knupp Farms

Stay Local — No Logbooks, No Cross-Country Grind

OTR keeps you stuck on highways, chasing miles and living in the truck for weeks.

At Knupp Farms, all runs stay within 150–175 miles of our shop in Washington, Iowa, keeping us AG-exempt — meaning no logbooks and no disappearing for weeks at a time.

You work a solid week, run hard, then go home for the weekend.
This is built for drivers who want consistency, not chaos.

A Real Farm Operation — Not a Mega Fleet

Knupp Farms has been hauling livestock since 1977. This isn’t a corporate trucking company — it’s a family-run farm operation where livestock is the core of what we do.

You’ll be treated like a professional, expected to act like one, and trusted to run independently. We take truck drivers and turn them into livestock drivers — people who take pride in their work and stick around.

We’re not trying to hire everyone. We’re looking for drivers who want a place they can stay.

Work That Rewards Effort, Not Just Miles

OTR driving often rewards time on the road, not the effort you put in.
At Knupp Farms, livestock hauling is hands-on work, and drivers are rewarded for showing up, staying engaged, and doing the job right.

This role values accountability, work ethic, and consistency — not just miles driven.

If you want a job where effort actually matters, this is it.

You Actually Work — And Get Paid for It

This is not a “set the cruise and scroll TikTok” job.

Livestock hauling is hands-on, physical, and fast-paced — and that’s exactly why it pays more than most driving jobs.

You’ll load and unload, bump docks, and stay moving throughout the day.
We don’t hire “sunshine truckers.” We hire drivers who want to work hard, stay sharp, and earn it.
